A three dimensional textile artwork that relates to treated animal skins, and embodies the quest for flowing double curved surfaces in contemporary design. The study of scales and skins of different animals becomes a hand drawing, which than serves as the seed for digital parametric design. The digital pattern, based on complex-curved virtual surface geometry, goes through final manual elaboration, by its coloured interpretation and final graphic touches. The code and the curve join forces to a series of works that examines the generation of a breathing and organic visual, through digital design and fabrication.
